New Small and Medium services based Enterprises play a major role in this leadership strategy.
Aims and ObjectivesThe basic aim of ENTER project is to provide an innovative training model that encourages people who hold a business idea to adopt an entrepreneurship attitude in every day life by strengthening their entrepreneurial skills.
This aim will be reached by the definition and implementation of a common model of training and mentoring -
blended-learning training/mentoring course - that will integrate Training Centers, Science and Technology parks, Enterprises Associations and others, in a transnational and intercultural context.
Additonally to training and mentoring, incubation in the project partners facilities (Science & Technology Parks) of the best business plans resulting from the training course will be provided.
Intitutions and ParticipantsEnter is a transnational european project, developed by partners from France, Greece, Romania and Portugal, targeted to anyone from these countries who holds a business idea - mainly vocational trainees with ISCED levels III and IV background.
Enter is supported by the Lifelong Learning Programme Leonardo da Vinci of the European Union.
