Enter project proposes to implement an innovative model of training and mentoring for the promotion and adoption of a culture of entrepreneurship in Europe.
The main objective is to develop entrepreneurship abilities among potential entrepreneurs and to provide them with new business implementation tools.
The project structure is based in three main concepts:
- Training Entrepreneurship Course
- Mentoring - Incubation
This structure will ensure a very strong impact of the project results and will guarantee the replication of the training/mentoring model. Project Participants
Anyone from Portugal, France, Romania and Greece, who holds a business idea and wants to start-up a Small and Medium services based Enterprise. ISCED levels III and IV trainees are the main target.
Training Entrepreneurship Course
Over the 225 hours (mostly online) of the training course it is intended that the trainees acquire knowledge in the areas of Enterprise, Communication, Marketing, Finance, Innovation, Intellectual Property, Project Management, Internationalization and Business Plan.
In the learning process the most up-to-date technological tools will be used: interactive e-learning platform, multimedia content, simulations, digital repository, video, chats and forums. These tools will allow a virtual business experience environment right from the beginning.
Mentoring
The best ideas will be rewarded with individual mentoring by national and international experts through a virtual community of learning.
Incubation
The promoters of the best business plans resulting from the training course will be able to create their company on preferential terms in the incubation project partners facilities (Science & Technology Parks).
